Urban Silhouettes

Ever notice how the SU - Pocket Silhouette stamp set, lends itself to any occasion. I prefer the boldness of the Not Quite Navy card myself.

This layout is from FTL 49- Sketch found here @ Clean and Simple Stamping.

100% Purrr-fect

I recently saw a card with two front panels of DP and a centered scallop circle. Though the card I saw opened normally, it occurred to me that if the card stock was cut the right way, the opening of the card could easily be between the two panels, with the scallop circle adhered to only one side of the card. So I gave it a try.

The card stock was cut to 10" x 5" and scored at 2.5" on each side. I think I would like to try this at 8.5" x 4.25" then it might fit in a regular envelope.
I used clear EP on the balloons and the present, and stickles on the present, hat and on the background DP. The DP already had glitter, I added some more. Oh and the orange balloon and the present as well as the scallop circle and paper flowers are all raised with dimensional's.
